Darren is one of those people you want around on your wedding day, or any day. He is fun to be around and you don’t have to worry about a thing if he’s around, photo op or otherwise. I first knew I wanted to hire Darren when I was researching and seen that he climbed Gros morne mountain to get wedding photos for one of his couples, since then he has done our engagement and maternity photos, dredging through snow, ice and even some bog holes to capture our precious memories. I know our wedding photos will be amazing just like our other sessions were, and as you can see, his work speaks for itself. I’m a bit of a picture fanatic so I hate to miss a good photo op, anytime I was chatting, eating or otherwise engaged I would turn around and see Darren or his second photographer taking the photos I would have wanted. Darren’s second photographer was also fantastic and provided a lot of helpful tips and suggestions. Darren has a great eye for detail and always makes sure everyone looks their best, whether it be the angle, the pose, getting your “good side”, moving an out of place hair, or as simple as removing a hair band from your wrist, he thinks of everything! A pleasure to be around and spend the whole day with. All of my vendors love working with him which is an added bonus and helps everything run smoothly.
