Below is a blank contract! First off, download the contract. You can either print it yourself or fill it out digitally using Adobe Reader (free).
On the first page, you can fill in your name and basic contact information. If at any point you change your phone or address, please send me an update so I can change your file. At the bottom of page one, please fill in any details about your wedding like date, times and locations we’ll be visiting. If you don’t know what times you want coverage or haven’t decided on a location to take pictures, no worries! Feel free to leave any unknown or not applicable elements blank. We can fill those in later when we build your timeline together.
The second page you’ll fill in your selected package. If we’ve created a custom package, please choose Custom and add your package details to the ‘Notes’ section. The remainder of the second page and page three is the legal stuff. Pretty straight forward but if you have any questions feel free to email me anytime.
All that’s left is your signatures and date. If you are filling out your contract digitally just click print button and choose ‘Save as PDF’ as your printer. You can email the contract back to me at hattphotography@gmail.com.

This link is your wedding day itinerary. It’s pretty simple. Pick the moment, add the time, an address and any additional notes. Additional notes are important if you say, have a special moment planned for your first dance or you’re planning on exchanging gifts in the morning, stuff like that. If you’re struggling with the timeline, just let me know. I can be available for coffee, a Skype meeting or just answer any questions via email. I can be pretty helpful if you have any questions.
A few helpful notes:
* Always plan on everything being behind. If you think something will be an hour, schedule it to take an hour and 15 minutes. Pad your schedule wherever you can.
* Decide whether or not you’re doing a receiving line after the ceremony. Not many do these days but if you don’t have a good plan of escape after the ceremony you can get mobbed by guests really easy and lose time.
* On this same topic, it’s always a good idea to have your officiant relay your choice to your guests so everyone knows at once. Like ‘the bride and groom have decided to not have a receiving line, instead they will be starting with photos. They will greet you at the cocktail hour when they are done. Immediate family members are asked to meet them at location x after the ceremony is complete for family photos.’

This link is your vendor list. This helps me credit all the amazing vendors whose work I captured on your day.
